1. Company Overview and Services

What field does your company operate in?
We operate in advanced manufacturing technologies, particularly metal additive manufacturing and DED technology, providing design, manufacturing, and industrial part re-engineering services.

Which industries use your services?
Our main clients include aerospace, energy, oil and gas, industrial tooling, machinery manufacturing, and biomedical engineering industries.

Do you only manufacture parts or also provide design services?
In addition to manufacturing, we also provide engineering design, part optimization, and redesign services for additive manufacturing.

2. DED Technology and Metal 3D Printing

What is DED technology?
Directed Energy Deposition is a metal additive manufacturing process in which metal material is simultaneously melted using a focused energy source (laser or arc) and deposited onto a surface layer by layer.

What is the difference between DED and conventional 3D printing?
DED is mainly used for repairing, rebuilding, and producing large metal components, whereas methods like SLM are more suitable for small and high-precision parts.

Can damaged parts be repaired using DED?
Yes, one of the key applications of DED is repairing and restoring high-value industrial components without the need for full replacement.

3. Ordering and Project Workflow

How is the ordering process handled?
First, the file or sample part is reviewed, followed by technical feasibility analysis, and finally a quotation and delivery time are provided.

Is it possible to manufacture a part without a CAD file?
Yes, our engineering team can create a 3D model based on a physical sample or a 2D drawing if needed.

What is the delivery time for projects?
Delivery time varies depending on part complexity and the technology used, and it is determined after initial evaluation.

4. Quality, Materials, and Manufacturing Precision

What materials do you use in production?
Depending on the application, we use steel alloys, titanium, aluminum, and industrial superalloys.

What is the accuracy of DED technology?
Accuracy depends on the specific project, but in general, it is suitable for industrial parts and allows for post-machining to achieve final precision.

Do parts require post-processing?
In many cases yes, depending on the application, machining or surface finishing is required to achieve final accuracy.

5. Cost and Collaboration Terms

How is the cost of manufacturing calculated?
Cost is determined based on material type, part volume, design complexity, and production time.

Do you accept small-scale projects as well?
Yes, we handle both large industrial projects and small prototypes or parts.

Is long-term cooperation possible with companies?
Yes, we work with many industrial companies through long-term contracts and continuous part supply agreements.
